On 31 Jan 2005, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) – CEPA Business Development Centre established the CEPA Alliance of Professional Financial Services in collaboration with the Hong Kong Law Society, the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Monte Jade Hong Kong and professionals in different financial services sectors such as Accounting, Financial Consultancy, Law, Public Relations, Underwriting, Valuation, and Venture Capitals to provide a full range of financial and management consultancy and support services in private equity financing and technology commercialization.
